We have an exciting new role at SIXT - The SIXT Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Director (m/f/d). You will define the Customer Lifetime Value for the company. You will be the driving force to promote and instil company thinking regarding the long-term value of our customers, ultimately leading to adoption of this metric throughout the company leading to an increase in profits and decrease in churn.   • You have profound relevant professional experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders

  • You have an excellent understanding of data science and data structures to enable you to drive adjustments

  • You are a confident person with excellent communication skills and an ability to convince key stakeholders throughout the company

  • You work independently, in a structured and self-reliant manner, have a high quality standard and a "hands-on" mentality

  • You speak English fluently - German is not a must
