Employee Maintenance

• Taking care of daily and weekly maintenance of the machinery based on maintenance schedules and checklists

• Resolving faults on, high-tech machines, during the production process

• Managing the stock of spare parts

• Studying drawings and sketches and/or collecting (additional) specifications on site

• Gathering (partly prescribed) materials from stock, signing off measurements, making rashes

• Making and machining parts using various hand tools and machine tools, and assembling workpieces from different of workpieces from various components, using various materials

• Checking (on site) workpieces for dimensions and conformity with the purpose of use, and carrying out any possible corrections;

• Handing over workpieces to departmental management i.c. client, or assembly and alignment of workpieces on site 

• Professional degree or experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance

• Professional background in trimming, cutting, filing, drilling, grinding, bending, bending of pipe and sheet material 

• Knowledge in electric, oxyfuel and argon arc welding (non-specialised)

• Experience in maintaining machine tools and tools, in order to keep them in good condition

• You are ready to work in shifts in a production environment of bacon products

• Good comand of Dutch, English is preferred
