Global Project Manager (m/w/d)

You will be responsible for:

  • Provide project management expertise to operational and cross-functional teams driving planning excellence, monitoring and execution of plans

  • Contribute in identifying stakeholders, action items and execution timelines while collaborating closely with the external and internal stakeholders

  • Responsibility to ensure agreed plans are implemented and reflected accurately in the relevant department systems and / or agendas

  • Support cross-functional and operational departments in assessing the potential risks and road-blockers

  • Contribute in the creation and proposal of workaround solutions to lift road-blockers and mitigate any risk identifies

  • Highlight concrete impact on metrics to the partner to facilitate decision making

  • Report and follow up on resolutions of system bugs related to new changes implemented and report progress to internal and external stakeholders

  • Build a trusted relationship with all stakeholders and with the partner fostering growth and maintaining an excellent enterprise image

  • Create and drive development of strategic documents and presentations to reflect processes, achievements, best practices, and performance

  • Manage project management team members career and skills development

  • Optimize projects and change delivery processes as part of the continuous improvement efforts

  • Lead day to day project management operations and ensure global alignment

  • Attend all internal and external core meetings and contribute to developing high quality materials to provide insightful callouts

What you’ll bring to this role:

Must have:

  • Fluent in English oral and written (C1 level)

  • 3 to 5 years of managerial experience, preferably managing managers (BPO experience is a plus)

  • 3 to 5 years working in an international organization

  • Experience managing external and internal stakeholders

  • Experience managing a variety of projects with different size, impact and scale

  • Well organized and have a structured working approach

  • Excellent communication, follow-up and negotiation skills


Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, MBA or equivalent years of experience

  • Project management certification (example PMP)
