Our plant Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is growing and created a new position as IT Specialist (m/w/d) Service & Support.
You will be the responsible IT person onsite and part of our European IT team, that is located in Germany in a shared-service-structure.
Manage incidents, changes and demands, following ITIL processes and Change Control, ensuring defined SLAs are met
Provide hands-and-eyes support for break-fix and user support for our meat production plant in Beuningen
Remotely connected IT support to all locations across Europe with the ticket system Jira and help to escalate to Resolver Groups as required in a timely fashion, forwarding tickets, malfunction reports and questions to the responsible bodies
Maintain helpdesk tools and asset databases, run standard reports, working with the wider IT team and tools and document for further learnings
Inform users about the proper use of technical and application systems and tools in the first level support
Operate and monitor devices, consoles and IT management systems
At least 2 years IT Support experience, preferably in Manufacturing or FMCG production environment
Completed vocational training in IT Systems Engineering
Sound experience in IT support and service, or at helpdesks with a basic understanding of ITIL standards and processes
Good knowledge in application, hardware, network, telephony and ICT service operation
Technical knowledge in the administration of IT systems including Active Directory, Exchange & Teams, as well as ERP solutions
Deep technical knowledge in Microsoft Office, such as Excel and Microsoft Access, and Desktop hardware
Good English and Dutch language skills
