As Project Manager Digital Sales Franchise (m/f/d) you will be responsible for fully digitizing our global sales funnel in order to build an entirely digital customer base within our >100 Franchise countries and beyond. You cooperate closely with the relevant teams in order to ensure a growing lead consumption and a coherent user journey from the point of acquisition to regular CRM campaigns. Additionally, you consult our Franchise partners regarding the best possible setup for their SME sales setup and lead the implementation of additional digital customer touchpoints where necessary. You manage internal and external stakeholders and ensure that our digitally managed customers receive the best possible service worldwide. 

What you will do:

  • You evaluate and activate currently untapped lead channels 

  • You design and refine digital customer journeys to optimize conversion rates 

  • You orchestrate regular CRM activities and campaigns in order to increase customer retention  

  • You develop and implement data driven strategies to continuously improve sales performance  

  • You consult our top Franchisees to develop efficient small customer business processes in line with our own strategy  

  • You work closely with adjacent departments to ensure a coherent customer lifecycle journey along all SIXT touchpoints 

About you:

  • You gathered first experience in a strategic Business Development role, and/or Project Management 

  • You have a successfully completed a degree in business administration or another relevant field 

  • You have a high degree of self-initiative, motivation and creativity 

  • You are an organizational talent and have a hands-on attitude 

  • You are ready to go into detail and have excellent analytical skills 

  • You have a very good command of English and would you like to work in an international environment 

  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel & PowerPoint
