QA Officer

• Validation and verification of products, equipment and processes;

• Documentation management and controls;

• Management of non-conforming products incl. Root Cause Analysis;

• Traceability and mass balance management;

• Training management;

• Be familiar with food safety and quality legislation and regulations and implement them in business operations;

• Informing, communicating and reporting quality matters to internal and external;

• Shaping the process of 'continuous improvement' within the own organization;

• Organisation, supervision and follow-up of internal and external audits and customer visits;

• Include, clarify and propagate ownership with regard to quality, working conditions and the environment inside and outside the organization through various forms of consultation;

• Guaranteeing integrity and independent advice in the field of quality and (food) safety.

• Extensive knowledge of HACCP, Food Certifcation Standards (e.g. IFS, QS, BLK, etc), food safety, quality assurance systems, microbiology, chemistry and audit processes;

• Effective communication skills;

• Ability to implement and use continuous improvement;

• Work fluently in English.
