For our team we are looking for support as
Reporting Specialist (m/w/d)
Contact person for reporting
Updating and administration of existing reporting
Establishment and implementation of an automated reporting/scorecard/database structure for intraday control of all relevant KPIs in the daily business
KPI analysis (quality / quantity) in cooperation with project management and call center management
Support in setting up new projects, especially in communication with internal IT departments
Completed job education in administration or comparable qualification
Very good language skills in German and English
Very good knowledge of JavaScript, PHP,VBA and SQL
Very good knowledge of database structures, knowledge of programming an advantage
Experience in operational call center business an advantage
Attractive fixed salary in a permanent employment contract
