The aim of TELUS International's Wellbeing Team is to strengthen our team memeber's mental and emotional health.
Our team provides mental health coaching, group sessions, counselling and recommendations.
This role will report to the Head of Global Support Teams and is working closely with the Global Director of Wellbeing, operational Heads of Sites, Global Support Teams, and local Wellbeing Teams.

Act as the main point of contact for the wellbeing department on operational matters, both internally and externally
Disciplinary responsibility for and guidance of the wellbeing teams
Coach local wellbeing team managers on how to manage their teams successfully and put corrective actions in place where needed
Manage the wellbeing operations, acting as the interface between wellbeing teams and the business
Oversee the practical implementation of wellbeing initiatives and program improvements, monitoring success and flagging concerns
Help embed systems, process, procedure, policy and guidance ensuring adherence
Manage wellbeing budgets, including collaborating to set the budget and ensure adherence
Ensuring achievement of the project and company goals in close cooperation with the TELUS International partner management
Developing concepts and finding client-oriented solutions for smooth operations of the department
Advice and support for the teams with the aim of increasing wellbeing delivery success
Manage and implement compliance requirements
Create and analyze reports as well as derive actionable insights
Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, business management, or comparable education
Knowledge and experience of wellbeing at work, mental health at work, or similar
Professional experience in the customer service environment
Strong interest and desire to be involved in wellbeing at work
Enjoying the development of teams and employees
Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
Excellent communication skills as well as a high level of service orientation
Analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented way of working
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel
Positive attitude and approach to life and work!
