International growth from record to record is SIXT's major goal. All this is gathered in the Commercial Analytics department and calls for a head to orchestrate it optimally and improve the results.   • You are responsible for the reporting environment, analytical support and data provision to the commercial division of SIXT. Your responsibilities include Analytics in the field of Online Marketing, B2B Sales, CRM and Pricing & Yield

  • You see yourself as an enabler of your stakeholders, propose innovative reports and processes to get faster and / or more precise results and continuously refine the existing reporting environment. You anticipate future information needs and are able to use existing solutions to answer requirements of adjacent functions

  • You manage and prioritize the backlog of development ideas, ensure timely and high-quality implementation and push automation, data harmonization as well as predictive analytics across the entire Commercial Analytics function

  • You lead, coach and develop a team of team leads and 15+ data analysts. You organize regular knowledge sharing meetings and take care of the professional development of your team

  • You work closely with the business, controlling, central BI and data science teams


  • You have several years of experience in the field of analytics and are ready to use them yourself and pass them on to your team (hands-on experience with Quicksight, Qlikview or R Shiny is very welcome)

  • You have several years of experience as a manager, successfully leading a team by inspiring, motivating and guiding your team members to exceed given targets. Optimally, you have gathered experience in leading people managers

  • You have a strong analytical mindset, enjoy conceptual tasks and are able to identify the drivers of our business model and comprehensively understand and solve business inquiries

  • You are experienced in managing multiple interfaces, understand how to work out compromises but are assertive at the same time

  • You have a service mentality, are fluent in English and advanced in German (B2 or better)
