You define project requirement specifications and develop and manage detailed project plans for stakeholders (product managers, business partners, software engineers and data scientists)
You drive/support a transformation of the way we run multi-year digital initiatives by co-leading change management initiatives across a global, matrix organization
You create roadmaps and milestones to enable improvements across six strategic growth areas for our Ecommerce and Revenue Management Divisions
You develop an internal network to facilitate alignment and coordination of cross-functional global initiatives that will require a hybrid PMO setup which will combine agile ways of working and with some elements of a classic PMO methodology
You build solid and holistic business cases to justify the benefits of large, multi-year initiatives and help us properly plan their scope
You improve our execution and ways of working by balancing priorities across different workstreams considering impact, criticality, and capacity
You have an educational background in business, project management or related field and a passion for building & implementing best in class initiatives that will delight our global digital customers
You have significant experience in project management and deep understanding of agile methodologies gained from exposure to tech projects or product management is preferred
You challenge the status-quo, suggest improvements of existing processes, reports and invent new ones whenever needed
You have excellent analytical skills with proven track record in performing data-driven analysis and making data-driven decisions and are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and possess a proactive problem-solving mindset supported by strong drive to get things done in close collaboration with others
You are fluent in English. German is a plus
