Wir werden getragen von 1.000 ehrenamtlich tätigen Unternehmer(innen) sowie Arbeitnehmervertreter(innen) in Vollversammlung, Präsidium, Vorstand, Ausschüssen und Arbeitskreisen. Wir, das sind die über 250 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der Handwerkskammer, die sich für die Handwerkswirtschaft in der Region engagieren! Aufgaben Wir suchen Sie, als motivierten Kundenbetreuer:in und Lehrgangskoordinator:in, der unser Team mit Organisationsgeschick und Power bereichert. Sie möchten Aufgaben selbständig umsetzen und wollen am Ende des Tages sehen, was das Team geschafft hat? Zufriedene Kunden sind Ihnen wichtig? Dann sind Sie an unserem MeisterCampus in Köln-Ossendorf genau richtig.   Sie sind verantwortlich für die Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie die Betreuung unserer Meisterschulen, in denen die Teilnehmenden auf die Meisterprüfung im Handwerk vorbereitet werden. Dabei sind Sie direkter Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen und Dozent:innen. Sie unterstützen bei der Konzeption und Durchführung von Lehrgängen in Präsenz-, Hybrid- und Online-Formaten.   Das brauchen wir Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Bürokommunikation bzw. Bürokaufmann oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung wie Veranstaltungs- oder Industriekaufmann (w/m/d)  Sehr gute Office-Kenntnisse und eine Affinität zu Digitalisierungsthemen  Sie überzeugen durch Ihre offene und freundliche Art, sind kommunikationsstark und arbeiten strukturiert und zielorientiert  Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung, arbeiten selbständig und sind belastbar  Sie verfügen über eine kundenorientierte Umgangsweise und sind teamfähig   Das bieten wir Vergütung nach dem Tarifvertrag der Länder (EG 9 a TV-L) mit allen Vorzügen des öffentlichen Dienstes (z.B.
