
Coordinator (f/m/d) of the CEPLAS Graduate School
Main tasks
- Coordination of the international CEPLAS Graduate Sehaal
- Recruitment of new PhD students
- Support for new students and continuous support and guidance for the students throughout their doctoral phase
- First point of contact for the students, also in case of conflict
- Organization and continuous development of the qualification phase
- Design and implementation of the training program, lab rotations, retreats, excursions and other events in cooperation with the CEPLAS Training Program for Postdoctoral Researchers and other Offices
- Communication an Graduate Sehaal activities
- Evaluation of the Graduate Sehaal and ongoing improvement of the program
- Implementation of the CEPLAS research internship program
- Support of other duster activities
Your Profile
- PhD degree in biology (preferably in plant sciences) or a related discipline
- High degree of seif-initiative and individual responsibility
- Excellent communication skills in English and fluent in German (spoken and written)
- ldeally, professional experience in academic sector, knowledge of university structures
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Flexibility, both in terms of tasks and working hours
- Readiness for mobility between the participating institutions is required
