The European University for Well-Being (EUniWell; www.euniwell.eu) is a European University Alliance coordinated by University of Cologne and funded by the EU under ERASMUS+ since 2020. Our aims are to foster the well-being of individuals, our communities and societies, and the environment through excellent research, education, and social engagement. University of Cologne is seeking to hire an experienced and committed Dissemination and Engagement Manager (f/m/x) who coordinates and manages the strategic dissemination of and engagement with the activities of the Alliance.

YOUR TASKS

  • Coordinate and manage activities for the EUniWell Alliance with a special focus on strategic communication and dissemination
  • Manage the strategic alignment between WP tasks from current and future EUniWell projects across the EUniWell platform model and alliance goals
  • Coordinate their sustainable embedding in the respective institutional strategies and structures
  • Design concepts and processes for the strategic messaging, marketing and dissemination of the Alliance programme
  • Design concepts and processes for the key themes of the EUniWell Aliance: physical and mental health, environmental change, sustainability and sustainable campuses, social equality, diversity and inclusion, democracy, multilingualism, education for the future, as well as future key topics
  • As part of the EUniWell 2030 Strategy, support the strategic identification of successful Seed Funding Call projects after their completion for further integration in the EUniWell programme and push their implementation through (a) platform projects and (b) arenas
  • Manage and actively contribute to high-quality proposal writing for the EUniWell Alliance
  • Support the development of a globalisation and active engagement strategy with EUniWell’s Alliance members, stakeholders and associated partners

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed MA degree or equivalent in business marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Higher Education international project management
  • Proven work experience in a European University Alliance of at least 3 years
  • Strategic oversight and planning skills in implementing international projects in higher education
  • Proven expertise in marketing and strategic brand development
  • In-depth knowledge of the European higher education area and related policy landscape
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, ability to work in a complex team
  • Excellent knowledge of English in spoken and written form
  • Excellent working knowledge of at least one other native language of the EUniWell consortium
  • Identification with EUniWell’s Mission and Vision

The position is available immediately on a full-time basis (39,83 hours per week). The position is to be filled for a fixed term until 31.10.2027. If the applicant meets the relevant wage requirements and personal qualifications, the salary is based on remuneration group 13 TV-L of the pay scale for the German public sector.
