Profil
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or similar
- Min. 3 years in a similar position of managing and coordination of Personal Assistant tasks, Event management, Coordinative jobs
- High-level of organization
- Strategic mind, hands-on pragmatist, confident in decision-making and execution
- Fluent in English and/or German is a plus
- Ready to travel internationally
Aufgaben
- Calendar management, meeting coordination and preparation
- Travel plan management and coordination
- Daily administrative tasks e.g. invoice management In SAP and personal support of VP
- Operational interface to direct reports regarding expenses, vacation, budget management, to-do's, tasks etc.
- General support for Office Management and Team
- Management and coordination product milestones meetings
- Meeting protocols management and draft
- Management, coordination and steering events
- Leading smaller projects related to VP
