Denn es geht um viel: Sie arbeiten in sensiblen Sicherheitsbereichen am Herzen der nordrhein-westfälischen Polizei.   Ihre neuen Aufgaben: Als Applikation Managerin/Applikation Manager sorgen Sie für die Leistungsfähigkeit der IT-Infrastruktur und damit verbunden auch für die der Polizei NRW im täglichen Einsatz. Dadurch helfen Sie die staatliche Handlungsfähigkeit sicherzustellen. In Ihrer Funktion sind Sie bereits vor der Inbetriebnahme einer Applikation innerhalb eines Projektes bei der Integration der Applikation in die polizeiliche IT-Landschaft beteiligt. Als Applikation Managerin/Applikation Manager werden Sie beim Auftragsmanagement als Spezialist miteingebunden und Ihre primäre Aufgabe wird die betriebliche Betreuung von Applikationen sein.   Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte: Sie verantworten den Betrieb von IT-Anwendungen ab der Betriebsübernahme bis hin zur Stilllegung einer Anwendung. Laufende Projekte werden durch Sie begleitet und gesteuert bis hin zur Betriebsübergabe. Sie stehen im stetigen Austausch mit Dienstleistern und Lieferanten hinsichtlich der Fehlerbehebung und des Patchmanagements. Die Sicherstellung des laufenden Applikationsbetriebes, z.B. Event-Management, Monitoring und Performance Analysen, haben Sie ebenso stets im Blick. Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit ITIL und können die Richtlinien in der Praxis sicher anwenden. Als Spezialistin/Spezialist nehmen Sie im Rahmen des Anforderungsmanagements an Projekten teil. Das kundenspezifische und technische Reporting liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung. Die Teilnahme an einer Rufbereitschaft ist Teil Ihrer Aufgabe.   Was Sie mitbringen müssen: Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium (Bachelor bzw. entsprechender Hochschulabschluss) der Informations- oder Kommunikationstechnik, der Informatik, der Nachrichtentechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs und mindestens dreijährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung oder Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zuzüglich einer abgeschlossenen Weiterbildung zur staatlich geprüften Technikerin/zum staatlich geprüften Techniker, zum Operative Professional oder eine vergleichbare einschlägige Aufstiegsfortbildung und mindestens dreijährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung oder Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene einschlägige Berufsausbildung und mindestens sechsjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung. Dazu sollten Sie die Bereitschaft zur Durchführung einer Sicherheitsüberprüfung (SÜ 2) mitbringen.
