Aufgaben
- Proactively aim to develop and maintain the relationship between customer and INEOS and strengthen our customer's loyalty and confidence
- Act as first contact for the customers for all order-related/administrative sales questions for a defined customer portfolio
- Liaise with other internal and external functions e.g. logistics and product planning at 8 European INEOS sites to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of Order to Cash process. Following all steps from order entry to invoicing according to defined processes
- Maintain secure and accurate customer records (General Data, Pricing, etc.)
- Handling of claims, returns and price corrections
- Display consistent, effective and strong customer service behaviours
Profil
- Fluent in both spoken and written English - German language is an advantage
- Commercial education or experience in customer service in industrial sector
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and well organised
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Good numeracy and analytical skills
- Exceptional team player
- Knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP) plus strong skills in MS Office particularly Excel is an advantage
