Aufgaben

Managing and expanding our global Celonis community
Supporting our international community as they implement and further develop initiatives related to process mining
Planning and implementing community meetings and innovation days
Testing and introducing new Celonis functions as well as providing training on best practices
Independently initiating and managing process-mining projects, especially in the areas of store operations and internal IT processes («IT for IT»)
Providing support for the preparation of comprehensive cost/benefit analyses used for decision-making

Degree with a focus on business administration, IT or engineering
Several years of professional experience in the field of process optimisation based on process mining
Experience in effective stakeholder management; a persuasive, engaging presentation style
Excellent consulting skills, with the ability to present complex issues and results in a clear, structured and logical manner
Strong communication skills and a very good command of English
